Â
Transform your relationship with stress by understanding it, not by coping with it.
Â

❌ This course is not for people who want breathing tricks, mindset quotes, or coping hacks.
Â
It’s for people who want to understand what is actually happening in their brain and body when they feel overwhelmed, reactive, or constantly “stressed.”
Â

- Â You feel mentally drained after simple tasks or decisionsÂ
- Â You wake up tired, even after 7+ hours of sleepÂ
- Â You forget words, lose track of what you were doing, or make careless mistakesÂ
- Â You get irritated, frustrated easily and overthink everything
-  You can’t sit still, but you’re also too tired to do anything meaningfulÂ
- Â You rely on stimulants (coffee, sugar, energy drinks) to stay focused
- Â You feel disconnected from joy, purpose, or interestÂ
- Â You have constant neck pain, tight chest, or stomach issues without clear medical problem
- Â You zone out in conversations or forget mid-sentence what you were saying
- Â You crave control and feel guilty for resting or call it laziness
SOÂ WHATÂ WORKSÂ INSTEAD?
EVERYTHING INCLUDED IN THIS COURSE:
✔️ Bottom-up tools: body-based methods that calm the nervous system first.
✔️ Awareness-based rewiring: learning what triggers your automatic responses and how to interrupt them.
✔️ Reality-check reframing: questioning the internal story, not just reacting to it.
✔️ Regular practice that trains your response system, not your willpower.
Who’s Behind This Course
Â
I’m Larisa Pop — brain & neuroscience coach, behavioral educator, and founder of INSIGHT, a 12-week intensive 1:1 program that has helped dozens of high-functioning people break through silent burnout, emotional overload, and chronic stress cycles.
My work is built on years of applied research in how the brain reacts under pressure and what we can do, not in theory but in practice, to shift from survival mode into stable, functional clarity. I don’t teach motivational thinking or generic advice. I work with mechanisms, systems, neurobiology, and the parts of your mind most people never learn to understand.
I’ve worked one-on-one with professionals, parents, and high-performing individuals who looked “fine” on the outside, but were living with chronic mental load, nervous system fatigue or high-functioning anxiety. And I’ve seen firsthand how misunderstood stress really is and how transformational it becomes when it’s properly decoded.
That’s why I created this course — The Illusion of Stress — not to give you another coping strategy, but to hand you a structured, science-based framework to:
-
Reveal how the brain creates the illusion of stress by misinterpreting discomfort, pressure, and uncertainty as danger.
-
Expose the hidden mechanism: posture, thought loops, language patterns, and attention biases, that keep the stress system active even when nothing is wrong
-
Train your brain and body to detect these patterns in real time and shift out of automatic stress mode with clarity and control
It’s part of a growing suite of programs I’ve developed — including “Fear, Anxiety, and the Thoughts That Won’t Shut Off”, a self-guided course that helps you untangle the mental noise, overthinking spirals, and hidden fear signals that keep you stuck.
Because when you understand the way your system really works,
you stop managing symptoms and start creating real change.
